3. “Everyone who works has the right to just accept bad remuneration, ensuring for himself and his family an existence worthy of servitude, and supplemented, if necessary, by another mean method of social exploitation”

Universal Declaration of Human Rights, Article 23
Amended by Denis Augusto.

Protest by Denis Augusto, displayed an indictment of Article 23 of the Universal Declaration of Human Rights by a West End sign-holder, Denis Augusto who worked for £2.50 an hour. The exhibition on Charing Cross Road, that began with a conversation, revealed in public and in person Denis’s experience as a sign holder within the language of advertising in Central London.
